The 40 year suicide

I started writing a book. here's a sneak peak

This isnt a true accounting, not because it is in any way false, but because the notion of truth has become as archaic as the horse and buggy in the twinkling 21st century. Were living in the time of science fiction, the far future, but instead of driving hover cars, were still shooting morters at each other. Not that that fact is in any way relevant for me, such honest violence is for those countries who have not yet developed the mini mall. My story isn't about real pain, my problems aren't real problems, those are reserved for people who have to wonder how they are going to eat tomorrow. what This is a complete psychotic breakdown, as drawn by Normon Rockwell. While were on the subject of what this is not, this is not a rant, this is not the bitching you have come to expect from my generation; this is an articulate scream. This is Life, with its testicles removed.
Smoking is the last, great commonality between man. Despite the government and health groupss efforts to wipe it out, it remains one of the few trully egalitarian enjoyments. Even the terrorists do it. i firmly believe that if you dropped cartons of camels instead of bombs during war time, you would achieve world peace in short succesion. In reality, if people wanted to give a picture of heaven, theyd stop using pictures of angels, and show a picture of a cigarette and a cup of coffee, that might boost church attendance. My name is David Fischer, Im 24 years old, have an oral fixation, have been in college for 6 years, and tomorrow Im going to kill myself. . . my plan is to wake up in the morning, smoke a cigarette, and get started on my day. There's no buildup when you kill yourself quickly. Im a big fan of the 40 year suicide.
